Despatch: We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days of receiving it. In many cases we can despatch on the same or the following day.
Wallpaper UK delivery methods: Single rolls of wallpaper are despatched by Royal Mail First Class Signed For. Orders of two or more rolls of wallpaper will be despatched by DPD. You will receive text or email alerts from DPD with your tracking details upon despatch.
Other items UK delivery methods: Postage costs are calculated for despatch with the Royal Mail Second Class Signed For service. Multiple orders over 2kg may be despatched by DPD. We will email your tracking details upon despatch.
International delivery methods: We despatch orders under 2kg with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed where available, or International Signed For. Items over 2kg will usually be despatched with FedEx (we may email you to ask for a telephone contact number). We will email your tracking details upon despatch.
Returns: If you change your mind and wish to return an item, we accept returns in line with EU Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). This requires you to notify us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Please contact us by the methods shown above to notify us of your decision. Once you have notified us, you have 28 calendar days to return goods. Return of goods is at customer's expense. Once we receive the item back into stock we'll issue a full refund via your original payment method.
Faulty goods: We hope you never receive faulty goods from us, but if you do find a fault with an item, please contact us on the methods shown above to inform us of the problem. We will then give you details of how to return the goods. We will issue a replacement or a refund as soon as we receive the faulty goods back into stock. We will also refund you any postage costs associated with returning the item.
Wallpaper batch numbers: It is important that you order enough wallpaper from the same batch to complete your project. If you over-order, we happily accept returned rolls in line with the above returns policy (rolls must be unopened and 'as new'; return costs are at customer's expense). We try to keep a few rolls of old batches in stock, so If you do find you need one extra roll of a particular batch, we will always try to accommodate your needs.
